Digilistan runs this website to explain our services and to let visitors contact us. This page explains in plain language what information we receive when you use the site or message us, and what we do with it.
What we receive: When you use the enquiry form on this website, we receive your name, the email address or WhatsApp number you give us, the service you select and any message you choose to add. If you use the form to pitch an idea, the idea details you write in your message are received and held in the same way as the rest of your enquiry. When you email us or message us on WhatsApp directly, we receive your name, your contact details and the contents of your message. The website itself is built on WordPress and hosted by Hostinger, and like most websites it keeps standard server logs that can include your IP address and browser type.
How we use it: We use the details you send us only to reply to your enquiry, to discuss and deliver the service you asked about, and to keep basic records of work we have done. Enquiry form submissions are stored as private records inside the website and are also sent to our email inbox so that no enquiry is lost. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry details to send marketing messages you did not ask for.
Sharing: Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and email is handled by the email providers involved in delivering it. Hosting logs are held by our hosting provider, Hostinger.
Your choices: You can ask us at any time what personal information of yours we hold, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to admin@digilistan.com. That includes information sent through the enquiry form.
Changes: If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
